The Shinra Electric Company has issued a 1,000,000 gil bounty for the capture of three SOLDIER defectors. They are considered to be armed and dangerous. Approach with cation, and if necessary use lethal force to subdue.

Target 1: Soldier 2nd Class Hewitt Hall "The Barrier"
Known Weapon: Joyeuse - Enhanced Broad Sword
Known Armor: Mythril Bangle
Know Materia: Wall (Mastered), Curage (Mastered), Vit++(Lv4), Regen(Lv3)
Lv: 32
Has left with vital knowledge of Project S and G. Considered to the be most dangerous if attacked while mad.

Target 2: Soldier 3rd Class Joseph Rich "Wolf of the Guard"
Known Weapon: Nothung - Enhanced Broad Sword
Known Armor: Steel Bangle
Know Materia: Assault Twister (Lv 2), Fire (Mastered), Jump (Lv2), Poison (Lv1)
Lv: 26
Destroyed key Shinra Defense technology, and left with blueprints for the latest model of tank. Also is in possession of key components and plans for the latest weaponry for soldier. Considered to be an AVALANCHE spy or working for the Wutai resistance.

Target 3: Soldier 2nd Class Joseph "Magic Blade" Mullikan
Known Weapon: Kusanagi - Enhanced Katana
Known Armor: Aegis Bangle
Know Materia: Hell Firaga (Mastered), Mp++ (Mastered), Cura (Mastered), Hell Blizaga(Lv3)

Is in possession of unknown amount of rare and dangerous materia. Known to have the ability to summon many high level espers, and possibly has knowledge of the process to fuse materia. Also known for lightening fast combos of sword flurries and magical assaults.

All three targets are known to be working together and possibly raising an army to attack Midgar. Rewards will be paid once all three targets have been caught.
